Processing Time

Ready-to-ship wigs are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Custom orders are handcrafted and ship within 7–10 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping rates apply at checkout based on your location. Orders over $1,000 qualify for complimentary shipping worldwide.

International Shipping

Urban Beauty Fusion ships globally. International delivery times vary by destination and are typically 7–21 business days once dispatched. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any applicable fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Urban Beauty Fusion is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance.

Returns & Store Credit

Due to the intimate nature of hair products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email] and we will do our best to make it right through store credit at our discretion.
