Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us with in 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging.

Non-returnable items: Wigs that have been worn, altered, or washed cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Process: Email us at admin4ubfwigs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
